These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "T&C") govern your access to and use of the j177 online casino and sports betting platform, accessible at j177.vin (the "Platform"). j177 operates as an online gaming and betting service targeting adult players in Bangladesh. By registering an account, making a deposit, accepting a bonus, or placing any wager on the j177 Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the j177 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

j177 reserves the right to amend, modify or update these Terms at any time without prior individual notification. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. Access to the j177 Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. j177 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time.
• You must be the registered owner of the payment method used to deposit funds into your j177 account. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• You must not be self-excluded from the j177 Platform or any other gaming platform to which j177 recognises self-exclusion agreements.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity. Each account is strictly personal and non-transferable.
• You must not be an employee, contractor or immediate family member of a j177 employee, in a role that would create a conflict of interest with fair play on the Platform.

j177 reserves the right to carry out identity and age verification checks on any account at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within the timeframe specified by j177 may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending the outcome of the verification process.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active j177 account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances across those accounts. When registering, you agree that:

• All personal information provided at registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number and payment method details — must be accurate, complete and current. You must update this information promptly if it changes.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your j177 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• Any activity conducted through your account is your sole responsibility, whether or not you personally authorised it, unless you have notified j177 in writing of unauthorised access and j177 has acknowledged that notification.
• j177 support staff will never contact you to ask for your password or full payment card details. Any communication purporting to be from j177 and requesting such information should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.
• j177 uses SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the Platform. However, you are responsible for ensuring the security of the device and network you use to access your account.

Where j177 has reasonable grounds to suspect that an account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, or that account credentials have been compromised, j177 may temporarily suspend the account and require the player to complete a fresh identity verification process before restoring access. j177 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access where the player failed to take reasonable precautions to secure their credentials.

All financial transactions on the j177 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). j177 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods:

• Mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Transactions via these services are processed in BDT and are subject to the relevant mobile financial service provider's own terms and transaction limits.
• International payment cards: Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards registered to you personally. Card payments are subject to your card issuer's terms and any applicable transaction fees imposed by the issuer.
• Minimum deposit amounts and withdrawal thresholds apply and are displayed within your j177 account dashboard at the time of the transaction. These figures may be updated by j177 at any time.
• Withdrawal requests are processed by j177 in the order they are received. j177 targets same-day processing for standard withdrawal requests submitted before 20:00 Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). Requests submitted after that cut-off may be processed on the following business day.
• j177 reserves the right to delay processing a withdrawal request where an account is subject to an active KYC or fraud investigation, where a bonus wagering requirement has not been completed, or where j177 has reasonable grounds to suspect a violation of these Terms.

All deposits made into a j177 account must be genuinely used for gaming or betting activity. j177 is not a money transfer service. Accounts used primarily or exclusively to move funds through the Platform without significant gaming activity may be investigated and, where j177 determines that misuse has occurred, such accounts may be closed and balances withheld pending investigation.

j177 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, tournament prizes and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. The following conditions apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Each bonus offer is available to one eligible player account only. Attempting to claim the same bonus across multiple accounts constitutes fraud and will result in the forfeiture of all associated funds.
• Bonuses expire if not used within the time period specified in the relevant promotion. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account automatically and cannot be reinstated.
• Where a player has both real-money funds and bonus funds in their account, real-money funds will be used first for any wager placed, unless the specific game or promotion specifies a different staking order.
• j177 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time prior to a player meeting the conditions required to claim it. Once a bonus has been credited to an account and wagering has begun, it will not be altered retroactively.
• j177 may exclude certain games from contributing to bonus wagering requirements. Games that do not contribute to wagering are clearly identified within the Platform's bonus terms section. Bets placed on excluded games during an active bonus period do not count towards completing the wagering requirement.

Players who are found to be exploiting bonus offers — for example, by placing low-risk hedged bets to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine risk — may have their bonus winnings voided and their accounts reviewed. j177's determination on bonus abuse is final.

The following rules apply to all casino games, sports betting markets and other wagering products available on the j177 Platform:

• Once a bet or wager has been confirmed by the Platform and a bet reference number has been issued, that bet cannot be cancelled, amended or reversed by the player. j177 may void a bet in circumstances including but not limited to: technical errors, incorrect odds displayed due to a system fault, or events that are subsequently found to have been subject to match manipulation.
• Game outcomes for RNG-based casino games (slots, virtual table games, crash games) are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator systems. j177 does not manipulate game outcomes. Published RTP percentages are those certified by the relevant game provider.
• Live casino games are conducted by human dealers in real time. Game outcomes are determined by the physical result of each game round (card draw, roulette spin, dice roll etc.) and are final once the dealer closes the round.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets and are displayed within each game interface. These limits may be varied by j177 at any time and may differ between player account tiers.
• j177 is not responsible for interrupted gameplay caused by network connectivity issues on the player's side. If a game round is interrupted due to a player's connection failure mid-round, the round outcome will be determined by the game server's state at the time of disconnection and settled accordingly.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the j177 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other mechanism to place bets, exploit game mechanics or interfere with the normal operation of the Platform.
• Providing false identity information at registration or during a KYC verification process, including use of another person's identity documents.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means, money laundering, or any other financial crime. j177 is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities and will cooperate fully with any associated investigation.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or coordinated betting in sports markets.
• Exploiting technical errors, software vulnerabilities or display faults to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or discoverable error will be voided.
• Opening or operating more than one j177 account, or opening an account on behalf of another person who has been self-excluded or whose account has been closed by j177 for breach of these Terms.

j177's determination of whether prohibited conduct has occurred is final and binding, subject to the internal dispute resolution process described in Section 13 of these Terms.

j177 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The following tools are available to all registered players at no charge, accessible directly from account settings:

• Deposit limits: set a daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amount. Once set, deposit limits cannot be increased until a cooling-off period has elapsed.
• Session time reminders: configure alerts at intervals of your choice to notify you of how long you have been playing during a single session.
• Self-exclusion: apply a temporary exclusion period (minimum 24 hours) or a permanent account closure. During a self-exclusion period, j177 will not send promotional communications to the excluded account.
• Reality checks: periodic on-screen notifications displaying your net gaming position (total wagered minus total won) for the current session, helping you maintain an accurate picture of your activity.

j177 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Circumstances that may lead to account action include:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the prohibited conduct listed in Section 6.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the timeframe specified by j177 following a verification request.
• Provision of fraudulent, forged or materially misleading information at any point during the account lifecycle.
• A reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime associated with the account, regardless of whether a formal investigation has been concluded.

Upon permanent account closure at j177's initiative (rather than at the player's voluntary request), any verified real-money balance remaining in the account after deduction of any outstanding bonus balances subject to active wagering requirements will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, except where such funds are subject to an active fraud or legal investigation.

All content on the j177 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game interfaces, graphics, logos, text, audio, video and the overall Platform design — is the intellectual property of j177 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or commercially exploit any part of the Platform's content without the prior written consent of j177.

The j177 name, logo and all associated brand marks are proprietary trademarks. Use of these marks in any context — including on social media, in reviews, in promotional content or in any other publication — without j177's prior written consent is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

Without limiting the foregoing, j177 shall not be liable to any player for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages of any kind, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or loss of opportunity, even if j177 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Interruptions to Platform availability due to scheduled maintenance, unscheduled technical failures, third-party service outages (including mobile financial service provider downtime) or events outside j177's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from the player's own decisions regarding the games they choose to play, the amounts they choose to wager, or the timing of their deposits and withdrawals.

j177 collects, processes and stores personal data about players in connection with account registration, KYC verification, transaction processing, customer support and responsible gaming compliance. By using the j177 Platform, you consent to j177's collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. If you do not consent to that data processing, you should not create a j177 account. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting [email protected], subject to j177's legal obligations to retain certain data for regulatory and anti-money laundering compliance purposes.

j177 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes — that is, changes that substantially affect player rights or obligations — will be communicated to players via a notice displayed on the Platform or by email to the address registered against the relevant account. Minor editorial changes (for example, correcting typographical errors or clarifying language without changing its meaning) may be made without specific notification.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment has been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of any verified balance by contacting [email protected].

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. j177 operates as an online gaming platform and is subject to the legal frameworks applicable to online gaming services in its operating jurisdiction. j177 does not make representations about the legality of online betting in any specific jurisdiction outside its operating territory — it is your responsibility to verify that use of the Platform is lawful in your location before registering an account.

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of your j177 account, game outcome, bonus settlement or withdrawal, you should first contact j177 support at [email protected] with full details of your complaint. j177 will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days and aims to resolve all standard complaints within 10 business days of acknowledgement. Where a complaint cannot be resolved to your satisfaction through the support process, further escalation options will be communicated to you in writing by the j177 support team.
